Speaking of workouts, checkout this one. I have downloaded and purchased a great amount of workout DVD's, which include Tae Bo Amp'd. P90X, Insanity, Flirty Girl Fitness, Island Girl Workout, Pilates, RA Yoga and the Hip Hop Body Shop. This one looks like it's going to be my favorite and I know a whole lot of us Polynesian women want in on this. It's going to be so fun that I know we won't realize that we're working the heck out of our hips. I can't wait. I really wish they had these on DVD already. I would so order it already.
